Relief. If the Executive breaches, or proposes to breach, any portion of this Agreement, including the Confidentiality Agreement, or, if applicable, the Separation Agreement and Release, the Company shall be entitled, in addition to all other remedies that it may have, to an injunction or other appropriate equitable relief to restrain any such breach, and, if applicable, the Company shall have the right to suspend or terminate the payments, benefits and/or accelerated vesting, as applicable.
