Release. Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement to the contrary, no benefits owed to Executive under Section 4(c), 4(d) or 4(e) (other than the Minimum Benefits) shall be provided to Executive unless Executive executes (without subsequent revocation) and delivers to the Company a Release within 21 days (or such longer period to the extent required by applicable law) following the Termination Date.
