Reimbursement for Expenses. (a) Business Expenses. The Company shall promptly reimburse the Executive for all reasonable out-of-pocket business expenses, including, without limitation, travel expenses incurred by the Executive in connection with carrying out his responsibilities under this Agreement during the Service Period upon presentation of appropriate vouchers, receipts or other satisfactory evidence thereof and otherwise in accordance with applicable Company policies. The Company shall reimburse the Employee for all reasonable and necessary business expenses incurred by him in the performance of his duties during the Employment Period, provided that such expense is submitted in accordance with the Company's policies and procedures as in effect from time to time.
