Reformation. If a court of competent jurisdiction or arbitrator concludes that any time period or the geographic area specified in any restrictive covenant in Sections 10 through 16 of this Agreement is unenforceable, then the time period will be reduced by the number of months, or the geographic area will be reduced by the elimination of such unenforceable portion, or both, so that the restrictions may be enforced in the geographic area and for the time to the full extent permitted by law.
