Tenant covenants that it shall not, without Landlord's prior written consent, which consent may be withheld in Landlord's sole and absolute discretion, record this Lease or any memorandum of this Lease or offer this Lease or any memorandum of this Lease for recordation. If at any time Landlord or any mortgagee of Landlord's interest in the Premises shall require the recordation of this Lease or any memorandum of this Lease, such recordation shall be at Landlord's expense.
