Ratification. Tenant hereby confirms and ratifies that, as of the Effective Date of this Amendment, and the Original Lease, as modified by this Amendment, remains in full force in effect.

Ratification. Except as modified by this Addendum and subject to the last sentence of this Section 6, all of the terms, covenants and conditions of the Lease are ratified and affirmed and shall remain in full force and effect. Each of the Borrower and Guarantors hereby ratifies all of its Obligations under the Credit Agreement and each of the Loan Documents to which it is a party, and agrees and acknowledges that the Credit Agreement and each of the Loan Documents to which it is a party are and shall continue to be in full force and effect as amended and modified by this Amendment.
