Ratification Contract Clauses (3,429)

Ratification. Except as amended by this Amendment, all of the terms, covenants, and conditions of the Lease shall remain in full force and effect and are hereby ratified and confirmed and upon the Delivery Date shall apply to the Expansion Space. In the event of a conflict between the terms of the Lease and the terms of this Amendment, the terms of this Amendment shall control.

Ratification. Tenant hereby confirms and ratifies that, as of the Effective Date of this Amendment, and the Lease, as modified by this Amendment, remains in full force in effect.

Ratification. This Amendment, subject to satisfaction of the conditions set forth in Section 4 hereof, shall constitute an amendment to the Loan Agreement and all of the Loan Documents as appropriate to express the agreements contained herein.
