Purchase of Shares. For the aggregate sum of $25,000 (the "Purchase Price"), which the Company acknowledges receiving in cash, the Company hereby sells and issues to the Subscriber, and the Subscriber hereby purchases from the Company the Shares, for a purchase price of approximately $0.017 per Share, subject to forfeiture by the Subscriber, on the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement.
