Positions Responsibilities and Duties. 4.1. Positions. During the period of Executive's employment with the Company, Executive shall be employed and serve as the Senior Vice President of Sales of the Company. In such position, Executive shall have the duties, responsibilities and authority normally associated with the offices and positions of Senior Vice President of Sales as established by the Company's Chief Executive Officer and/or Board from time to time.
