Positions and Duties. Variations of a "Positions and Duties" Clause from Business Contracts
Positions and Duties. While this Agreement is in effect: (a) Executive shall serve as the President and Chief Operating Executive Officer of Ultra and shall have the normal authority, responsibilities and duties of an executive in such position and such other reasonably related duties and responsibilities, in each case, that are assigned by the Company. (b) Ultra. Executive shall report to the Chief Executive Officer (interim) board of directors (the "Board") of Ultra. (b) The Board shall take such action as may be n...ecessary to appoint or elect the Executive as a member of the Board as of the Effective Date.
