Employee acknowledges that Employer is engaged in a business that is or may be subject to and exists because of privileged licenses issued by governmental authorities in Nevada, Michigan, Mississippi, Ohio, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Macau S.A.R., and other jurisdictions in which Employer is engaged in a gaming business or where Employer has applied to (or during the Specified Term may apply to) engage in a gaming business.
