Persons Entitled to Benefit of Agreement. This Agreement shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties hereto and their respective successors. Nothing in this Agreement is intended or shall be construed to give any other person, other than the affiliates, officers, directors and controlling persons referred to in Section 7 and their respective heirs and legal representatives, any legal or equitable right, remedy or claim under or in respect of this Agreement or any provision contained herein. No investor in Offered Certi...ficates from any Underwriter shall be deemed to be a successor merely by reason of such purchase. 30 14. Survival.
