Permitted Reporting and Disclosure. Notwithstanding any language in this Agreement to the contrary, nothing in this Agreement prohibits the Grantee from reporting possible violations of federal law or regulation to any governmental agency or governmental entity, or making other disclosures that are protected under federal law or regulation; provided, that, in each case such communications and disclosures are consistent with applicable law. Notwithstanding the foregoing, under no circumstance is the Grantee authorized to disclose a...ny information covered by the Company's attorney-client privilege or attorney work product or the Company's trade secrets without prior written consent of the Company's General Counsel.
