Performance of Duties. 2.1. Performance of Duties. (a) From the Effective Date through the Transition Date, the Employee (i) shall serve as the Co-Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation and (ii) no other officer of the Corporation shall be more senior to the Employee. In his capacity as Co-Chief Executive Officer, the Employee shall be responsible for day-to-day operations of the Corporation, and shall report to the Corporation's Board of Directors (the "Board").
