Participant’s Acknowledgments. The Participant acknowledges that a copy of the Plan has been made available for review by the Company, and represents that the Participant is familiar with the terms and provisions thereof, and hereby accepts this Stock Option subject to all the terms and provisions thereof. The Participant hereby agrees to accept as binding, conclusive, and final all decisions or interpretations of the Administrator upon any questions arising under the Plan or this Agreement.
