Paid time off. Executive shall be entitled to accrue and use paid time off in accordance with the terms of the Company's policies and practices, however, that in no event will Employee's paid time off accrual rate be lower than thirteen and thirty-three (13.33) hours per month.

Paid time off. Lively shall be entitled to paid time off ("PTO") annually pursuant to the PTO policies of Employer from time to time in effect as specified in Employer's employee handbook. Lively shall be responsible for arranging to have other officers of Employer discharge his duties and responsibilities during any period of PTO. Paid time off. During the Term, the Executive shall be entitled to five weeks of paid time off, in accordance with the Company's paid time off policy, as may in effect from time to time. The Executive may use paid time off for vacation, personal time, or sick time (in accordance with applicable law).

Paid time off. Executive will be entitled to paid time off of twenty-five (25) days per year in accordance with the Company's prevailing policy, with the timing and duration of specific periods mutually and reasonably agreed to by Executive and the Company.
