No Outside Director may be paid, issued, or granted, in any Fiscal Year, equity awards (including any Awards issued under this Plan) with an aggregate value (the value of which will be based on their grant date fair value determined in accordance with U.S. generally accepted accounting principles) that, in the aggregate, exceed $750,000, increased to $1,000,000 in connection with his or her initial service.
