Outside Activities and Non-Competition During Employment. 8.1 Outside Activities. Throughout Executive's employment with the Company, Executive may engage in civic and not-for-profit activities so long as such activities do not interfere with the performance of Executive's duties hereunder or present a conflict of interest with the Company or its affiliates.
