Other Businesses. As long as Executive is employed by the Company, Executive agrees that Executive will not, except with the express written consent of the Board, become engaged in, or render services for any business other than the business of Parent, any of its Subsidiaries or any of their affiliates if such engagement or services would impair or limit Executive's ability to provide the services contemplated under this Agreement.
