Other Businesses. Nothing herein contained shall prevent PECO from engaging in other activities or business ventures, whether or not such other activities or ventures are in competition with Owner or the business of Owner, including, without limitation, property management activities for other parties (including other REITs) and the provision of services to other programs advised, sponsored or organized by PECO or its affiliates or third parties; nor shall this Agreement limit or restrict the right of any... director, officer, employee, or stockholder of PECO or its affiliates to engage in any other business or to render services of any kind to any other partnership, corporation, firm, individual, trust or association. As long as Executive is employed by the Company, Executive agrees that Executive will not, except with the express written consent of the Board, become engaged in, or render services for any business other than the business of Parent, any of its Subsidiaries or any of their affiliates if such engagement or services would impair or limit Executive's ability to provide the services contemplated under this Agreement.
