Other Agreements. Any security agreements, liens and/or security interests securing payment of any obligations of Borrower owing to Lender or its Affiliates also secure the Obligations, and are valid and subsisting and are not adversely affected by execution of this Agreement. Other Agreements. This Agreement supersedes and replaces as of the Effective Date all prior agreements or understandings relating to the terms of Executive's service with the Company, including the 2018 Employment Agreement.
