Offerings. The Plan shall be implemented by sequential Offerings of approximately six (6) months duration or such other duration as the Committee shall determine. If so determined by the Committee, a Pre-Registration Offering Period shall commence on the Effective Date and end on such date established by the Committee prior to the Effective Date. The Committee may establish additional or alternative concurrent, sequential or overlapping Offering Periods, a different duration for one or more Offering Period...s or different commencing or ending dates for such Offering Periods; provided, however, that no Offering Period may have a duration exceeding twenty-seven (27) months.
