Notices. Any notice, consent or request to be given in connection with any of the terms or provisions of this Agreement shall be in writing and shall be sent or given in accordance with the terms of Section 10.2 of the Merger Agreement to the applicable party, with respect to the Company and Purchaser, at the respective addresses set forth in Section 10.2 of the Merger Agreement, and, with respect to each Supporter, at the address set forth in the Purchaser's records.
