Notices. Any notice required to be given or delivered to the Corporation under the terms of this Agreement shall be in writing and addressed to the Corporate Secretary of the Corporation at its principal corporate offices at 555 Theodore Fremd Avenue, Suite B-302, Rye, New York 10580.
