Notice to Future Employers. For the period of two (2) years immediately following the end of my employment with Honeywell, I will inform each new employer, prior to accepting employment, of the existence of this Agreement and provide that employer with a copy of it. Honeywell has the right to inform any future employer of the existence of this Agreement and to provide any future employers with a copy of it.

For the period of one (1) year immediately following the termination of Executive's employment with APSI, Executive will inform each new employer, within 30 days of accepting employment, of the existence of this Agreement and provide that employer with a copy of this Agreement. Executive further agrees that APSI may, if it so desires, send a copy of this Agreement to, or otherwise make the provisions hereof known to, any such employer.
