Notice of Redemption. Notice of redemption will be given at least 45 days but not more than 60 days before the redemption date to each Holder whose Notes are to be redeemed. If given in the manner provided for in Section 3.03 of the Indenture, the notice of optional redemption shall be conclusively presumed to have been Ex. 1 to App. - 5 given whether or not a Holder receives such notice. Failure to give timely notice or any defect in the notice shall not affect the validity of the redemption.
