Non-Solicitation of Employees. Buyer may speak with Seller's employees during the Due Diligence Period about issues concerning the Property so long as a representative from Seller is present. However, Buyer may not solicit any employees of Seller's for hire until after the Due Diligence Period has expired and so long as Buyer has not elected to cancel this Agreement.
