Non-Disclosure. Executive will not disclose the terms of this Agreement to any third party, except as required by law, to Executive's immediate family members, and as necessary for the purpose of receiving counsel from Executive's attorneys and/or financial advisers. Executive's professional advisors and immediate family members will have the same responsibility as Executive to maintain the confidentiality of the terms of this Agreement.

Non-Disclosure. Seller and Buyer each agree that it will not issue any press release, advertisement or other public communication with respect to this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby without the prior written consent of the other party except to the extent required by law, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed. Seller and Buyer hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless the other party in the event that either party fails to comply with the terms and conditi...ons of this Section 26.
