Seller and Buyer each agree that it will not issue any press release, advertisement or other public communication with respect to this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby without the prior written consent of the other party except to the extent required by law, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed. Seller and Buyer hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless the other party in the event that either party fails to comply with the terms and conditi...ons of this Section 26. The provisions of this Section 26 shall survive the Closing or any termination of this Agreement 27. Attorneys' Fees.
