No Waiver Clause Example from Business Contracts

No Waiver. The failure of any party hereto in any instance to exercise any rights provided hereby shall not constitute a waiver of any other rights that may subsequently arise under the provisions of this Agreement or any other agreement between the parties. No waiver of any breach or condition of this Agreement shall be deemed to be a waiver of any other or subsequent breach or condition, whether of like or different nature.
