No Shareholder Rights. The Restricted Stock Units granted pursuant to this Agreement do not and shall not entitle Grantee to any rights of a holder of Common Stock prior to the date that shares of Common Stock are issued to Grantee in settlement of the Award. Grantee's rights with respect to the Restricted Stock Units shall remain forfeitable at all times prior to the date on which rights become vested, and the restrictions with respect to the Restricted Stock Units lapse in accordance with Section 3(b).
