No Right to Continued Service. This Award is made in consideration of the services to be rendered by the Grantee to the Company. Neither the Plan nor this Grant Agreement shall confer upon the Grantee any right to be retained in any position, as an employee, consultant or director of the Company. Further, nothing in the Plan or this Grant Agreement shall be construed to limit the discretion of the Company to terminate the Grantee's employment at any time, with or without cause.
