No Rights of a Stockholder. The Employee shall not have any rights as a stockholder of the Company with respect to any Shares until the Shares have been issued. For purposes of clarity, once an RSU vests and a Share is issued to the Employee pursuant to Section 3, such RSU is no longer considered an RSU for purposes of this Agreement.
