No Ownership Interest. Nothing contained in this Agreement will be deemed to vest in the Company any direct or indirect ownership or incidence of ownership of or with respect to any Covered Shares. All ownership and economic benefits of and relating to the Covered Shares will remain vested in and belong to Shareholder, and, except as otherwise provided herein, the Company will have no authority to direct Shareholder in the voting or disposition of any Covered Shares.
