No Fractional Shares. No fractional Warrant Securities will be issued in connection with any exercise of these Warrants. In lieu of any fractional shares, which would otherwise be issuable, the Company shall pay cash equal to the product of such fraction multiplied by the closing price of one share of Common Stock as reported by the applicable Trading Market on the date of exercise.
