No Conflicting Agreements or Improper Use of Third-Party Information. During his employment with the Company, Executive shall not improperly use or disclose any confidential information or trade secrets of any former employer or other person or entity, and Executive shall not bring on to the premises of the Company any unpublished document or confidential information belonging to any such former employer, person or entity, unless consented to in writing by the former employer, person or entity.
