Miscellaneous. This Amendment shall constitute a Loan Document under the Amended Credit Agreement. This Amendment sets forth the entire agreement among the parties hereto relating to the transactions contemplated hereby (except with respect to agreements relating solely to compensation, consideration and the coordinated syndication of the Loan).
