Location. The initial principal location where the Employee shall perform services for the Company shall not be limited to any particular location; however, upon establishment by the Company of a permanent business location, the Employee agrees to report, as needed and no less than weekly, to the permanent business location. -1- 4. Location. During the term of this Agreement, the business of the Company will be serviced by Manager from the Manager's office in Lui-Paster 4 Tel Aviv Jaffa, Israel or any other location selected by Manager.

Location. The Executive shall be based and essentially render services in the New York City metropolitan area at the principal office maintained by the Company in such area. The Executive will travel as reasonably required to perform his functions hereunder.
