Location. During the Term, the Employee will perform the Employee's duties in offices provided by the Company in Scottsdale, Arizona (the "Principal Location") or such other location as agreed to between the Company and the Employee, and the Employee will be expected to travel to other areas as may be reasonably necessary to fulfill the Employee's duties and responsibilities hereunder.

The initial principal location where the Employee shall perform services for the Company shall not be limited to any particular location; however, upon establishment by the Company of a permanent business location, the Employee agrees to report, as needed and no less than weekly, to the permanent business location. -1- 4. Location. During the term of this Agreement, the business of the Company will be serviced by Manager from the Manager's office in Lui-Paster 4 Tel Aviv Jaffa, Israel or any other location selected by Manager.
