Limitation of Liability. NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY CONTAINED IN THIS LEASE, THE LIABILITY OF LANDLORD (AND OF ANY SUCCESSOR LANDLORD) SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE LANDLORD'S INTEREST OF LANDLORD IN THE PROPERTY (INCLUDING RENTAL INCOME, SALES AND INSURANCE PROCEEDS THEREFROM).
