Knowing and Voluntary Agreement. The parties to this Agreement acknowledge and agree that each of them has had a full and fair opportunity to carefully read and review the terms and provisions of this Agreement and consult with their own attorney concerning the meaning and effect of this Agreement. Knowing and Voluntary Agreement. Employee represents and agrees that the Employee has read this Agreement, understands its terms, and that the Employee has the right to consult counsel of choice and has either done so or knowingly waives the right to do so. Employee also represents that the Employee has had ample time to read and understand the Agreement before executing it and that the Employee enters into this Agreement without duress or coercion from any source.

Knowing and Voluntary Agreement. You and Company each acknowledge and agree that: (a) you and Company each have been afforded sufficient time to understand the terms of this Agreement; (b) your and Company's agreements and obligations hereunder are made voluntarily, knowingly and without duress; and (c) the other party has not made representations inconsistent with this Agreement.
