Integration. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to severance pay, benefits and accelerated vesting (except to the extent any equity agreement specifically provides for terms more favorable to the Employee) in connection with any termination of employment and supersedes in all respects all prior agreements between the parties concerning such subject matter, including without limitation any provisions of any offer letter or employment agreement relating to... severance pay or benefits in connection with the ending of Employee's employment relationship with the Company.
