Integration. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to compensation, severance pay, benefits and accelerated vesting and supersedes in all respects all prior agreements between the parties concerning such subject matter, including without limitation any prior offer letter or employment agreement relating to the Executive's employment relationship with the Company, including the Prior Offer Letter.
