Integration. This Agreement, including Exhibit A and the PIIA, contains the complete, final and exclusive agreement of the Parties relating to the terms and conditions of Executive's employment and the termination of Executive's employment, and supersedes any and all prior and/or contemporaneous oral and written employment agreements or arrangements between the Parties regarding Executive's service with the Company, including, without limitation, the Prior Agreement.
