Integration Amendments Contract Clauses (57)

Integration Amendments. This Agreement supersedes all prior agreements and understandings (whether written or oral) between the Company and the Representative, or any of the other Underwriters, with respect to the subject matter hereof. No provision hereof may be modified or amended except in a written instrument signed by the Company and the Representative.

Integration Amendments. This is an integrated Agreement. This Agreement constitutes and is intended as a final expression and a complete and exclusive statement of the understanding and agreement of the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement. Integration Amendments. This Agreement together with any other written agreements between the parties entered into concurrently with this Agreement contain the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the transactions contemplated hereby and supersede all previous oral or written negotiations, commitments, and understandings related thereto.
