Injunctive and Other Available Relief. To the extent not prohibited by law, any cancellation of the Restricted Stock pursuant to any of Sections 2 through 5 above shall not restrict, abridge, or otherwise limit in any fashion the types and scope of injunctive and other available relief to the Company.
