...sales, product communication, relationship management, and the compilation and analysis of information and data regarding the Grantors Grantor and Beneficiaries Beneficiary (which, for purposes of this provision, includes the name and business contact information for the Grantors' Grantor and Beneficiaries' Beneficiary's employees and representatives) and the accounts established pursuant to this Agreement ("Grantors ("Grantor and Beneficiaries Beneficiary Information") and (ii) use third party service providers to store, maintain and process Grantors Grantor and Beneficiaries Beneficiary's Information ("Outsourced Functions"). Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained elsewhere in this Agreement and solely in connection with the Centralized Functions and/or Outsourced Functions, the Grantors Grantor and Beneficiaries Beneficiary consent to the disclosure of, and authorize the BNY Mellon Group to disclose, Grantors Grantor and Beneficiaries Beneficiary's Information to (i) other members of the BNY Mellon Group (and their respective officers, directors and employees) and to (ii) third-party service providers (but solely in connection with Outsourced Functions) who are required to maintain the confidentiality of Grantors Grantor and Beneficiaries Beneficiary's Information. In addition, the BNY Mellon Group may aggregate Grantors the Grantor and Beneficiaries Beneficiary's Information with other 24 1007616079v11 data collected and/or calculated by the BNY Mellon Group, and the BNY Mellon Group will own all such aggregated data, provided that the BNY Mellon Group shall not distribute the aggregated data in a format that identifies Grantors the Grantor and Beneficiaries Beneficiary Information with the Grantors Grantor and Beneficiaries Beneficiary specifically. The Grantors Grantor and Beneficiaries Beneficiary represent that the Grantors Grantor and Beneficiaries (respectively) Beneficiary are authorized to consent to the foregoing. foregoing and that the disclosure of the Grantor and Beneficiary's Information in connection with the Centralized Functions and/or Outsourced Functions does not violate any relevant data protection legislation. American Hallmark Insurance Company of Texas shall be deemed the agent of the other persons comprising the Beneficiaries hereunder, including for purposes of sending or receiving notices required by the terms and conditions of this Agreement and for purposes of remitting or receiving any monies due any Party.
