Imposition of Other Requirements. The Company reserves the right to impose other requirements on the Participant's participation in the Plan and on any Shares acquired under the Plan, to the extent the Company determines it is necessary or advisable in order to comply with local laws or to facilitate the administration of the Plan, and to require the Participant to accept the terms of any additional agreements or undertakings that may be necessary to accomplish the foregoing.
