Holding Over. If Tenant holds over after the expiration of the Lease Term or earlier termination thereof, with the express or implied consent of Landlord, such tenancy shall be from month-to-month only, and shall not constitute a renewal hereof or an extension for any further term. Variations of a "Holding Over" Clause from Business Contracts

Holding Over. If Tenant holds over after the expiration of the Lease Term for up to 30 days, such holding over shall be a tenancy at will subject to all the terms and conditions of this Lease, including payment of Rent and additional rent at the rates payable in the last month of the Term hereof (on a per diem basis).
