The governing law and related provisions set forth in Section 10.3 of the Loan Agreement (including, any authorized agent provisions thereof) are hereby incorporated by reference as if fully set forth herein (with Indemnitor substituted in all places where Borrower appears thereunder) and shall be deemed fully applicable to Indemnitor hereunder.
