Governing Law Venue and Jurisdiction Contract Clauses (53)

Governing Law Venue and Jurisdiction. This Agreement and all transactions contemplated by this Agreement shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida without regard to any conflicts of laws, statutes, rules, regulations or ordinances. Executive consents to personal jurisdiction and venue in the Circuit Court in and for Lee County, Florida regarding any action arising under the terms of this Agreement and any and all other disputes between Executive and Employer.

Governing Law Venue and Jurisdiction. This Award shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to conflicts-of-law principles. Any civil action or legal proceeding arising out of or relating to this Award shall be brought in the courts of record of the State of Texas in Dallas County, Texas. Each party consents to the jurisdiction of such Texas court in any such civil action or legal proceeding and waives any objection to the laying of venue of any such civil action or legal proceeding in such Te...xas court.
