General Provisions. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement of the parties to this Agreement and supersedes all prior written or oral and all contemporaneous oral agreements, understandings and negotiations with respect to the subject matter hereof, including that certain engagement letter dated November 11, 2016, by and between the Company and the Representative, except for the provisions contained in Section 5(g) that remain in full force and effect.
