Future Cooperation. From the Effective Date of this Agreement through the Separation Date, the Executive shall do whatever is reasonably necessary to assure an orderly transition of his knowledge, expertise, work and responsibilities to the Company's succeeding Chief Financial Officer, and to fully cooperate with these efforts. From the Separation Date through the end of the eighteen (18) month period following the Separation Date, the Executive shall, upon reasonable request of the Company, further cooperate with ...the transition of his knowledge, expertise, work and responsibilities, which may include promptly answering Company inquiries via email or telephone, and may also include brief visits to the Company to assist in the transition of his duties. To assist in accomplishing this support, the Company will allow the Executive to retain his Company cell phone, iPad, and laptop through this eighteen (18) month period and at its discretion, certain electronic access to Company systems. Future Cooperation. Employee agrees to reasonably cooperate with the Company, its financial and legal advisors in any claims, investigations, administrative proceedings or lawsuits which relate to the Company and for which Employee may possess relevant knowledge or information. Future Cooperation. Camber and Viking mutually agree to execute any further deeds, bills of sale, assignments, or other documents as may be reasonably requested by the other party for the purpose of giving effect to, evidencing or giving notice of the transaction evidenced by this Assignment.

Future Cooperation. Upon request, Executive agrees to provide assistance and cooperation, without the necessity of subpoena, in any matter or matters (including but not limited to any regulatory, law enforcement or judicial investigations or proceedings, mediations, arbitrations or lawsuits, any claim negotiations with customers or suppliers, or otherwise) of which the Company identifies Executive as potentially having knowledge (or otherwise relating to Executive's expertise or experience), where deemed appropriat...e by the Company, including providing information, consulting, training, preparing for, and/or attending any hearing or proceeding (whether relating to the Company's defense or prosecution of any existing or future actions, arbitrations, claims or litigations or otherwise). Future Cooperation. I also agree to cooperate with the Company in the future and to provide to the Company truthful information, testimony or affidavits requested in connection with any matter that arose during my employment. This cooperation may be performed at reasonable times and places and in a manner as to not interfere with any other employment I may have at the time of request. Future Cooperation. Employee agrees to cooperate reasonably with the Company, its successors, and all the Company affiliates (including the Company's outside counsel) in connection with the contemplation, prosecution and defense of all phases of existing, past and future litigation, regulatory or administrative actions about which the Company reasonably believes Employee may have knowledge or information. Employee further agrees to make himself available at mutually convenient times as reasonably deemed necessary b...y the Company's counsel. The Company shall not utilize this Section to require Employee to make himself available to an extent that it would unreasonably interfere with employment responsibilities that he may have, and shall pay Employee a consulting rate of $400 per hour for his time in connection with such cooperation and reimburse Employee for any pre-approved reasonable business travel expenses that he incurs on the Company's behalf as a result of this Section, after receipt of appropriate documentation consistent with the Company's business expense reimbursement policy. Future Cooperation. Following the Separation Date and thereafter, Executive agrees that he shall, without any additional compensation, respond to reasonable requests for information from the Company regarding matters that may arise in the Company's business. Executive agrees that he will respond to any such requests from the Company promptly. Executive further agrees to fully and completely cooperate with the Company, its advisors and its legal counsel with respect to any litigation that is pending against the Comp...any and any claim or action that may be filed against the Company in the future. Such cooperation shall include making himself available at reasonable times and places for interviews, reviewing documents, testifying in a deposition or a legal or administrative proceeding, and providing advice to the Company in preparing defenses to any pending or potential future claims against the Company. Future Cooperation. In connection with any and all claims, disputes, negotiations, investigations, lawsuits or administrative proceedings involving the Company Group, the Executive agrees to make himself available, upon reasonable notice from the Company Group and without the necessity of subpoena, to provide information or documents, provide declarations or statements to the Company Group, meet with attorneys or other representatives of the Company Group, prepare for and give depositions or testimony, and/or other...wise cooperate in the investigation, defense or prosecution of any or all such matters.
